Guests discover it only through word of mouth or personal invitation, creating a discreet, exclusive atmosphere that’s become part of its identity. The restaurant operates a late-night dining concept, with shifts typically finishing between 23:30pm and 12:30 a.m. Because of this, the position would best suit someone who drives or has reliable late-night transport.
