The role includes: Moderating group chats and online spaces to ensure group rules and boundaries are followed Offering peer support within clearly defined, non-clinical boundaries Encouraging healthy coping strategies and signposting to appropriate external services when needed Identifying safeguarding concerns and escalating them appropriately in line with internal policies Supporting a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all members Completing basic administrative tasks such as incident reporting and handovers This role does not involve: Providing professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment Acting as a crisis service or emergency responder Replacing statutory or clinical mental health services All Volunteer Admins are required to: Be aged 18 or over Complete a Basic DBS check Undertake training, supervision, and a trial period Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection policies Maintain clear boundaries and prioritise both member and admin wellbeing This is a voluntary role, and admin wellbeing is prioritised at all times.
