We’re looking for an experienced Farm Manager to run our educational farm and support young people to build confidence, skills, and independence through hands-on learning. The Role You’ll lead the day-to-day running of the farm, creating a safe, engaging environment that supports wellbeing and vocational programmes. This is a practical, outdoor role combining animal care, farm management, and student support. Year-round role with some evenings, weekends, and events.
