Ideally we would like someone with a good eye for details, quick to learn, someone who has a positive attitude and who will be an amazing team player. Our menu is mainly traditional Italian but with a few contemporary dishes using the freshest ingredients and delicious pizza dough. We make the majority of our pasta sauces, toppings and desserts in-house, from scratch. We would love to see candidates with previous pasta, starters, desserts and brunch experience and we will provide some site specific training to the right candidate.
