Director of B2B - Cowshed Cowshed is a heritage brand with global potential. Founded at Soho House, we bring a distinctive personality and premium approach to bath, body, and fragrance. We’re entering an exciting new chapter for Cowshed - sharpening our channel strategy, elevating our brand positioning, and building the commercial engine required for UK leadership and future US expansion. We’re looking for a Director of B2B to own and scale our global B2B P&L across wholesale, amenity, and corporate gifting. This is a role for a commercial builder - someone who knows how to define strategy, execute with pace, and build capability from the ground up. What You’ll Do Lead Cowshed’s global B2B growth across wholesale, amenity & gifting: • Build and own a 2–3 year global B2B strategy across all channels., • Develop quarterly and annual sales plans tied to revenue, margin, and brand KPIs., • Define a premium global channel architecture across retail, hospitality, wellness, and gifting., • Secure 2-4 new premium retail partners., • Own commercial terms, negotiations, and partner relationships., • Build a structured, disciplined business development engine with accurate forecasting., • Double amenity revenue through expansion of existing partners and new premium wins., • Build Cowshed’s corporate gifting model from the ground up - bundles, pricing, fulfilment, and repeatable programmes., • Establish strong commercial systems including forecasting, margin governance, and pipeline rhythm., • Rationalise doors to strengthen premium positioning and channel profitability., • Collaborate closely with D2C, Brand, Product, and Supply Chain to drive channel excellence., • Influence product development for amenity formats and gifting bundles., • Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team as channels scale., • Lay the foundations for future US wholesale expansion from 2027 onwards. What You’ll Bring • Proven track record of delivering revenue, margin, or channel growth., • First-hand experience winning, scaling, or rationalising retail or amenity accounts., • Ability to build commercial systems, BD processes, and forecasting models (not just inherit them)., • Experience leading amenity or premium retail partnerships in beauty, wellness, or hospitality., • Strong commercial judgement and high bias for action., • Comfortable operating with pace, prioritising under pressure, and navigating ambiguity., • Demonstrated ability to build teams, capability, and structure from scratch., • A strategic thinker who also loves being hands-on and close to the work., • Someone who values clarity, ownership, momentum, accountability - and premium brand stewardship.
