Project Manager – User Technology & Service Management About the Role We are working with a leading global professional services organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of technology initiatives focused on end user computing, service management, and endpoint environments. This role sits within a central Technology PMO and is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, working across engineering, security, mobility, and service operations teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of endpoint-focused technology projects (engineering, security, mobility, service operations), • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, • Translate technical roadmaps into structured, deliverable project plans, • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational support, • Coordinate cross-functional teams across global environments, • Act as the key liaison between technical teams, PMO, and business stakeholders, • Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and performance, • Deliver stakeholder presentations and manage expectations effectivelyKey Skills & Experience, • 7+ years’ experience in IT Project Management, • Proven delivery of endpoint, infrastructure, or service management projects, • Strong experience working in complex, global environments, • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet (or similar), • Strong understanding of endpoint technologies, security, and service operations, • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, • PMP (or equivalent) – essential, • Agile / Scrum / ITIL – desirable, • Degree in IT, Engineering, or related fieldThe Candidate, • Strong leadership and coordination skills, • Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset, • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments, • Proactive, organised, and solutions-driven, • Able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdditional Information, • Hybrid working model, • Opportunity to work on large-scale, global technology initiatives
