Job Summary We are looking for Machine Setter/Fitter with minimum of one year experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various machinery and tools to ensure efficient production processes. Responsibilities Configure and set up machinery and filters according to specifications and production schedules. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to produce products that meet design specifications, ensuring filters are correctly installed and functioning. Keep an eye on machine performance and fix any issues that arise. Inspect finished products for quality and report any problems Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other mechanical systems as they arise. Identify machine problems and perform minor repairs when needed. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency. Follow safety guidelines to keep the workplace safe. Skills Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, especially with machine operation. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively. Attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating initiative in individual tasks. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
