Job IntroductionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Team Leader to join the marketing team based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.As a Marketing Team Leader, you will work closely with Senior Marketing Managers, Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives to deliver effective marketing and communications activity across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent brand representation across all internal and external channels, supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns while providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and support Marketing Executives, providing guidance to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaignsCollaborate with Senior Marketing Managers to successfully deliver integrated multi-channel campaignsOversee the creation and delivery of campaigns, promotional materials, emails, press releases, articles, presentations and other written materials as requiredLiaise with the manufacturers to ensure all marketing activity and communications are aligned with brand standards and corporate guidelinesCo-ordinate the administration and logistics support for brand specific eventsEnsure that retailer websites are kept up to dateProvide direction and support to Marketing Executives in delivering engaging content and campaigns across all social media channelsManage campaign timelines, priorities and workloads across the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standardProvide administrative support where required to support the operation of the marketing functionDeliver marketing support to Heads of DepartmentAbout youExperience in Marketing or suitable Marketingrelated qualification is essentialPrevious automotive industry experience is desirable but not essentialExcellent written and verbal communications skills and confidence interacting at all levelsComfortable using Microsoft 365 packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPointKnowledge of digital marketing including Google Analytics and Social Media is preferredDriving licenceStrong and effective communicator who is highly adaptable and detail orientedMust be able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environmentStrong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multitaskAbility to cope with pressureWhat we offerFor the successful applicant an excellent package awaits.25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeHealth and wellbeing benefitsGroup life insuranceStaff discount on car servicingListers Benefits discounts on retailers, restaurants, cinemas and holidaysLong service and loyalty incentivesStaff referral schemeWhy Listers?Founded in 1979, Listers Group stands as one of the largest privately and family-owned motor retailer groups in the UK Theres a reason why this is the case, actually theres over two and a half thousand reasons, our team.
