Fencer (3–5 Years' Experience)Location: Stratford Upon Avon Salary: £33,000–£37,500 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Bonus Scheme also Available About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Fencer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of fencing systems to a high standard while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Install a wide range of fencing, including timber, closeboard, panel, post and rail, security, chain-link, and metal fencing. \n, • Carry out fencing repairs and replacements as required. \n, • Read site plans and measurements to ensure accurate installation. \n, • Prepare sites by setting out, digging post holes, and installing posts using appropriate materials and equipment. \n, • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small plant safely and effectively. \n, • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards. \n, • Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. \n, • Maintain a clean and organised work area and company vehicles. \n, • Communicate professionally with customers, site managers, and colleagues. \nEssential Requirements\n\n, • 3–5 years' proven experience in fencing installation. \n, • Experience installing a variety of domestic and commercial fencing systems. \n, • Good understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites. \n, • Ability to read drawings and follow specifications. \n, • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. \n, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. \n, • Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on the role). \n, • CSCS Card (preferred). \nDesirable Skills\n\n, • Experience operating mini diggers or other small plant. \n, • Trailer towing licence. \n, • First Aid at Work qualification. \n, • Experience with gates, access control systems, or security fencing. \nWhat We Offer\n\n, • Competitive salary of £33,000–£37,500, depending on experience. \n, • Overtime opportunities. \n, • Company vehicle (where applicable). \n, • Company pension. \n, • Paid holiday entitlement. \n, • Training and career development opportunities. \n, • PPE and tools provided. \n, • Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression. \n
