You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and other contractors to complete projects efficiently and maintain a clean and organised worksite, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. You'll serve as a professional and approachable representative of Welsh Water, providing clear and courteous communication to customers and the public. You'll respond to and resolve customer queries or concerns on-site with a positive and helpful attitude and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including those specific to the water and utility industries. You'll willing to undertake further training and development to advance your skills and career. What youll bring? Do you have proven experience working as a labourer in the water industry, with direct experience on the water network? Alternatively, experience within the broader utility industry will be highly regarded. Do you hold a validStreetWorks ticket (NRSWA)? Do you hold a validWater Hygiene certificate?
