• International Immersion & Programmes Manager, • Up to £36,000 per annum depending on experience, • Permanent, 40 hours per week, • Inspired Learning Group, Stanmore, HA7 3HD. Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint an International Immersion & Programmes Manager to join our team at Inspired Learning Group. With the head office based in Stanmore, ILG currently owns and operates 32 independent schools and nurseries in the UK. As our International Immersion and Programmes Manager you will be the driving force behind our international learning experiences. This hands-on role combines travel coordination, programme management, and partnership development. You will work closely with the Head of International to plan, organise, and deliver memorable, safe, and enriching international trips for students. Every day is dynamic, from designing itineraries and managing logistics to liaising with schools, agents, and host organisations—ensuring each programme runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, has excellent organisation and project management skills. The ability to positively work with others is essential as you will be closely working with members of staff at Head Office as well as staff on site at our schools and nurseries. The main responsibilities of our International Immersion and Programmes Manager will be to; • Collaborate with the Head of International to design, plan, and deliver international immersion programmes., • Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, transport, and itineraries., • Act as the main point of contact for schools, international partners, tour operators, and host organisations., • Support programme staff and students before, during, and after trips, ensuring smooth, safe, and enriching experiences., • Attend trips when required to provide on-the-ground coordination and support., • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and travel regulations., • Troubleshoot and solve challenges creatively, maintaining calm under pressure., • Gather feedback, evaluate programme impact, and contribute to continuous improvement.
