Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Advisor to join our Yeovil office to assist with a growing busy workload. Offering interesting and varied work, this position will play a key role in supporting and expanding the Firm’s client base in this area of the practice whilst adopting efficient working practices to ensure commercial objectives are met or surpassed. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, LPA’s, trusts and estate administration. Provide expert legal advice to individuals and families Build and maintain client relationships Contribute to business development Ensure compliance with legal standards Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Joining our reputable private client department, this role would best suit someone who can demonstrate sound knowledge and a commercial application of the law and practice in this area. Experienced in dealing with Estate Administration, Wills, and LPAs, you must be able to conduct effective case and transaction management. Ideally 2-3 years PQE the successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload with supervision. You will be ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
