In a constantly evolving workplace, our finance team provides commercially focussed advice and assistance to help our lawyers work profitably and manage their financial administration effectively and efficiently. As our Finance Systems Analyst you’ll play a key role in this. You’ll provide 2nd and 3rd level support to the Finance Team and wider business for using our suite of finance tools: mainly Aderant (our PMS), Chrome River (expenses) and ARCS (account reconciliations). You’ll also help us to use the tools we have better, finding ways to develop existing tools and to integrate them with other systems and to test and implement upgrades and new software. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for managing user access, including setting up new users, processing changes, training and trouble-shooting. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring the quality and integrity of the data and preparing appropriate reports. Beyond that, a key part of your role will be to support us with the continual improvement of our management of financial data. We have plenty of projects ongoing and in the pipeline that we need your help with, so there’s an opportunity for you to really make a difference. About you We’re looking for someone with strong IT smarts and a solid understanding of finance management.
