This role will be based in the West Midlands and will involve work within the Groundworks sector. • Making initial contact with clients to confirm accept or decline of tender., • Assisting in producing take-offs and cost database for analysis by others, • Calculate the cost of materials, transport, labour and plant hire., • Undergo regular site visits to understand the process/ timings and sciences of estimating including the realization of the labour/ plant and material aspect of any given construction process., • Keeping up to date with inflation and projected timescale costs., • A Estimator / Senior Estimator with Groundworks experience, • General Knowledge of contractual terms within the construction industry., • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel, • Effective communicator - Both written and verbal, • Skilled Negotiator with strong mathematical ability, • Problem Solver, • Salary - £55,000-£70,000 DOE, • Based near Stafford, • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
