Once customers are onboarded, operational teams will take over delivery, allowing the Sales Manager to focus on driving further growth and opportunity creation.\n\nThis Sales Manager role involves researching and identifying potential customers, initiating contact through outreach, networking, LinkedIn engagement, and attending trade shows and industry events. A key part of the role is bringing customers into the factory environment, where the capability, quality, and people effectively sell themselves.\n\nThis Sales Manager position requires someone who can confidently communicate technical manufacturing capability in a clear and engaging way, particularly within contract electronics and production engineering environments.
