What You’ll Do (Your Mission) • Act as second-in-command reporting directly to the Managing Director, driving both commercial strategy and operational execution., • Deliver rapid commercial impact with a clear plan to unlock near-immediate revenue and margin growth., • Lead, shape, and elevate the UK sales team across on-trade, off-trade, wholesale, cash & carry, route-to-market and distribution channels., • Secure key listings, expand national distribution, and cement our brands as must-stock products., • Build and execute winning commercial strategies for fast-scaling challenger brands., • Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-function sales structure, empowering teams to achieve intelligent, profit-focused outcomes., • Own commercial performance — including pricing strategy, resources, KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting., • Leverage high-level industry relationships to accelerate growth and outperform the competition., • Make bold calls when necessary — including walking away from margin-diluting opportunities., • Be fully immersed in cross-functional leadership alongside marketing, and innovation. What You Bring • A strong track record of commercial and sales leadership in the UK spirits or premium drinks industry., • Demonstrable success scaling challenger brands — you move quickly and think strategically., • Proven experience managing multi-channel teams., • A powerful industry network across on-trade groups, wholesalers, cash & carry, national accounts, and retail., • A hands-on leadership style., • A bias for action: bold decisions, rapid execution, zero excuses., • A clear roadmap for immediate revenue and margin impact., • A relentless, can-do, will-win attitude.
