Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards • Maintain an impeccable level of product presentation and store environment., • Support VM execution and ensure guidelines are followed consistently., • Ensure high housekeeping standards across both front and back of house., • Uphold brand policies including mobile phone rules, professional etiquette, and customer-interaction standards., • Contribute to maintaining the visual appeal of the Sloane Street exterior and the wider Anya Village. Cross-Store Support • Provide support to other Mainline stores Collection, Labelled, Anya Life and Village Hall where required., • Assist with consistency of service, standards, training and operational rhythm across the estate., • Build collaborative relationships with other store teams, Bespoke, Café, Operations and Logistics. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED • Experience in a luxury or premium retail leadership role (Supervisor/Assistant Manager level)., • A strong customer-service mindset with the ability to deliver high-touch experiences., • Commercially aware, KPI-confident and results-driven., • A warm, engaging communicator with excellent interpersonal skills., • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced flagship environment., • Positive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure., • A collaborative team player with energy, credibility and a natural sense of humour.
