Senior NPD Executive £competitive dependent on experience West London – hybrid (2 days in office p/w) Blush & Bloom are pleased to be partnered with a beauty company who are actively looking to hire a Senior NPD Executive to join their team based in West London. We’re looking for a commercially minded NPD professional with experience in the beauty industry, ideally across colour cosmetics. This role sits at the intersection of product development, project/account management and cross-functional delivery - taking ownership of projects end-to-end and acting as a key point of contact internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of NPD projects from concept through to launch, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations throughout, • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages, • Identify market trends, customer needs and commercial opportunities to inform product strategy and pipeline development, • Manage supplier relationships including briefing, development, negotiations and ongoing performance, • Oversee product costings and work closely with Finance to ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial targets and margins, • Coordinate the development process including design, sampling, testing, compliance and production, ensuring deadlines are met, • Work on product briefs, specifications and critical path management (CPA), maintaining visibility across multiple projects, • Support go-to-market activity, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, launches, samples and claims, • Monitor product performance post-launch, managing any quality issues, returns or improvements required, • Present regular project updates, providing clear visibility on progress, risks and opportunities Key Requirements: • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, • Commercially aware, with strong numerical skills and confidence managing costings and budgets, • Proactive, solutions-focused and confident in making decisions, • At least 3 years’ experience within product development, ideally within the beauty industry, • Experience working with suppliers, • Good understanding of ingredients, packaging and regulatory considerations, • Previous experience in a role with ownership of projects and cross-functional coordination

Based in our London office with some European travel., • Reporting to the Senior Regulatory & Quality Affairs Manager, you will support the continued development and maintenance of an effective Quality System and ensure that products comply with applicable regulatory and industry requirements across Europe., • You will coordinate product release activities, OOS investigations, deviations, complaints, and manufacturer-led investigations. You will ensure contract manufacturers adhere to Quality Agreements and manage the relationships with them, including all change control activities. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance of H&H standards, processes, and regulatory requirements: • Ensure conformity of pet food and food supplement products sold in the UK and EU, taking into account all relevant standards and regulations., • Write, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)., • Coordinate product testing activities, including stability, microbiological testing, and palatability assessments., • Generate and review production specifications with high accuracy and attention to detail., • Manage specifications and out-of-specification (OOS) investigations., • Review and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs)., • Oversee product release processes., • Review and evaluate formulations to ensure regulatory compliance., • Review labelling, marketing materials, packaging, and digital documentation to ensure compliance., • Participate in relationships, meetings, and audits with Europe-wide contract manufacturers (CMs)., • Lead preparations for inspections and audits., • Follow up on CAPAs and deviations and initiate and implement change controls through the eQMS., • Review and investigate customer complaints., • Engage in cross-functional activities and global projects., • Provide quality expertise to internal stakeholders across Regulatory, Product Development, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Digital, and Marketing teams., • Communicate potential risks clearly and proactively, proposing appropriate solutions or alternatives., • Continuously review processes and identify opportunities for improvement., • Support and promote brand-specific benchmark standards., • Collaborate with internal teams to manage safety-related reports (FSA, EFSA), internal data processing, and analysis., • Stay up to date with regulatory and quality requirements and changes., • Anticipate and implement legislative requirements as needed., • Manage various business-driven projects., • Continuously assess personal performance and discuss development through regular appraisals., • Contribute to a positive, proactive, and collaborative workplace culture.
