Position: Daily Supply Teaching Assistant Contract Type: Part-time Temporary Work Start Date: 13/04/2026 Location: Barking & Dagenham, London, UK Salary: £85–£100 per day Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Higher rates are reserved for candidates with substantial SEN experience and/or relevant training such a recognised Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Pay is determined in line with school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable. About the Role: We are seeking a flexible and proactive Daily Supply Teaching Assistant to work across a range of welcoming primary and SEN schools in Barking & Dagenham. This Daily Supply Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of settings, from Reception through to Year 7. You will support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND, while working in schools rated Good and Outstanding by Ofsted. As a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant, you can choose short-term or longer placements, making this an ideal role for those seeking flexibility and variety in their work.
