As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring learning environment where every pupil feels understood, valued and supported. You’ll work closely with pupils who have a diagnosis of Autism, some with additional learning needs, guiding their personalised learning journeys and celebrating every success along the way.
