For the right person, there will be a genuine progression route from senior engineering into surveying, technical management and ultimately an Operations Manager position. Engineer → Senior Engineer → Surveying / Technical Role → Operations Manager We’ll support your progression with ongoing technical, manufacturer and management training as your role develops. OVERTIME & EARNING POTENTIAL Overtime is completely optional, but there is plenty available for engineers who want it. If you want to put the hours in, there is significant additional earning potential. If you don’t want overtime, that’s absolutely fine too.
