The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of Trend BMS systems, ensuring critical hospital environments remain safe, compliant, and energy efficient Key Responsibilities • Operate, monitor, and maintain Trend BMS systems across hospital facilities, • Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of BMS controls and associated plant, • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, • Ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and within required parameters, • Monitor alarms and respond promptly to system faults or failures, • Adjust and optimise system settings for energy efficiency and performance, • Maintain accurate records of works carried out, including logs and reports, • Liaise with hospital staff, contractors, and management teams, • Support compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, • Assist with small works, upgrades, and system improvements where required Qualifications • Relevant engineering qualification (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services), • Trend BMS training/certification (highly desirable), • City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent (preferred) Benefits • Salary up to £60,000, • Car allowance, • Pension scheme, • Training and development opportunities, • Stable, long-term static role
