We’re now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team — someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys building relationships, and understands what it means to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing client consultations and support the vehicle sales process
• Provide exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Oversee administrative tasks related to sales and customer records
• Coordinate custom vehicle orders and aftersales requests
• Handle post-sale support, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism About You:
• Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service (automotive or luxury retail preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
• Well-organised, with a strong attention to detail
• Confident, polished, and customer-focused
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
