THE OPPORTUNITY A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced full or part timeSenior Payroll Administrator to join a friendly and progressive accountancy practice in Chester. THE ROLE As part of a busy payroll team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of small and high-volume payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivering excellent service to clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, • Managing auto-enrolment pensions, • Handling payroll queries in a timely and professional manner, • Liaising with HMRC and pension providers, • Processing BACS, PAYE, CIS, holiday pay, SMP/SSP, • Managing starters and leavers (P45s/P46s), • Supporting P11D processing, • Staying up to date with payroll legislation, • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, • You will receive full system training and ongoing support within a friendly, collaborative team environment.
