Contract Type: Full-time (37.5 hours), Fixed term (ending on 06/07/2026) (MAT cover) Location: Kingston, Kingston International Study Centre Salary: up to 30,000 per annum To be a member of the Centre s Student Experience Team with accountability for an area of the activities undertaken by the Data and Operations Team for example: a) data management governance; b) exams, assessments and academic administration; c) compliance: student enrolments, attendance To implement Study Group s policies, standard operating processes and procedures, with the purpose of ensuring staff and students are fully supported to maximize student outcomes and satisfaction. The post holder will report to the Student Experience Leader and will line manage Student Experience Officers Data and Operations Officers for their specialist area in addition to carrying out administrative tasks. The post holder will work in matrix structure and need to build strong working relationships within the Data Operations Team, central Study Group teams and the university partner to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. ABOUT THE ROLE Ownership of the Centre s definitive datasets and student results, ensuring accuracy and currency Produce data driven reports for the Head of Centre/other members of the team as requested Development and maintenance of the Centre s annual Calendar of Governance/Business Act as secretary to relevant boards, meeting and committees, ensuring these are minuted Ensure Study Group policies and standard operating procedures are implemented Support management teams in preparation for quality assurance and enhancement activities. Contribute to the production of the Annual Monitoring Report and other evaluative and reflective documents, for submission to Study Group and the university partners. Update student bookings with Study Plan changes, including booster classes and exam resits. Ensure student reports are produced in a timely manner and information is accurate and student feedback is professional. Support the management with MAB and PAB organisation. Oversee the payroll process for sessional staff Coordinate and motivate the Data and Operations Officers to contribute to ensuring the best possible student outcomes and student experience. Liaise with other Senior Coordinators to ensure front desk/reception areas are covered during working hours and allocate workload in busy periods or during absence of the Student Experience Team. In liaison with central teams contribute to the continuous improvements of processes and communication to enhance the student experience. Provide effective performance management of direct reports, including setting personal objectives and KPIs; regularly reviewing performance of direct reports; and conducting formal performance reviews according to company policy and procedures. Facilitate, encourage and support staff to participate in regular personal development activity. Recruit new staff as required according to Study Group policies and procedures. Support local awareness raising of compliance requirements and procedures. Ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of all quality and enhancement related policies, procedures, and documents relating to key areas of responsibility. Contribute to the production of the relevant parts of the Annual Monitoring Report. Contribute to governance committees and groups as required. Plan, oversee and monitor the implementation of actions from the Centre Action Plans relevant to data and operations functions. Analyse data and feedback from a wide variety of sources to monitor impact relevant to student progression and experience. Be a key point of contact for all students and deal professionally and promptly with student enquiries and requests for support, fostering positive relationships with the student body. Assist in organising and delivering student events such as induction, transition and enrichment activities. Undertake any part of the administrative tasks and cover for members of the Student Experience team as required.To foster productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Any other duties as required by the Student Experience Leader or Centre Director. Provide technical support and oversight for our live sports broadcasts, Podcasts and in-house post-production infrastructure ensuring robust workflows, high-quality delivery, and client management. Work with our in-house production team across RFP's, ensuring technical budgets and workflows suit the needs of future broadcasts. Key Responsibilities: Live Broadcast Operations • Oversee all technical aspects of our live sport broadcasts,, • Act as the primary technical liaison for our broadcaster, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and third-party providers, • Lead weekly debriefs with broadcasters and manage ongoing broadcast requirements, • Book circuits, review camera plans, and approve EVS specifications to optimize production quality, • Serve as the main point of contact for Tech Meetings with our facility providers prior to each live weekend or match, and attend debriefs when required, • Conduct technical recces to assess live broadcast requirements across all tournaments Post-Production & Technical Infrastructure: • Provide technical support for the in-house post-production team and assist with servers and edit suites, • Support the development team with technical analysis, workflows, and plans for new shows, events, and live productions, • Proactively explore broadcast technology innovations and identify opportunities to enhance workflows and capabilities, • Organize demonstrations of emerging technologies relevant to editorial, production, and broadcast teams Freelance Oversight: • Manage and coordinate freelance Technical Managers (TMs) for Outside Broadcasts and the Remote Operations Centre, • Book freelance TMs and sound supervisors where needed and ensure they are aligned with broadcast objectives and technical standards, • Maintain regular communication with the TM team to ensure consistency and resolve any issues quickly Budget, Planning & Third-Party Management: • Provide broadcast specifications, Review and approve quotes and manage contracts for technical third-party providers, • Produce technical documentation and schematics to support future broadcasts, • Manage relevant budgetary responsibilities to ensure financial targets are achieved across tournaments, • Work closely with Production Executives (PE) and Production Management (PM) teams to resolve budgetary, logistical, and planning challenges, • Be present onsite during select match weekends to support Outside Broadcasts (OBs) or ROC operations as required Please note that this job description does not represent a comprehensive list of activities and employees may be requested to undertake other reasonable duties.
