Required Skills & Experience • Extensive experience working in professional kitchens, ideally with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine., • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)., • Strong understanding of HACCP, cooling and reheating procedures, cross‑contamination prevention, and allergen awareness., • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene laws, kitchen safety, and best practices., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards., • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team., • High level of punctuality, dedication, and reliability., • Must be able to work full‑time., • Must have permission to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities • Routine Maintenance: Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections (e.g., 6-week or 8-week checks)., • Diagnosis & Repair: Use advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., Jaltest, TEXA) to identify and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults., • MOT Preparation: Prepare, present, and accompany vehicles for annual MOT inspections., • Compliance: Accurately complete job cards, maintenance records, and service reports to maintain legal "O" licence requirements., • Roadside Support: Respond to breakdowns and provide mobile emergency repair services on a rotational basis.
