Your responsibilities will include:\n\nProviding 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs\nSupporting children with communication, emotional regulation, and social development\nAssisting with the implementation of EHCPs and individual learning plans\nHelping to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner\nCreating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment\nWorking closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and therapists to ensure consistent support\nSupporting with personal care where required\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
