HR Administrator | Oldbury (Hybrid | Growing Business | £28,000 to £30,000 plus benefits A fantastic engineering business based near Oldbury with parking on site are seeking a detail oriented, proactive and versatile HR Administrator to join their close-knit HR team reporting directly in to an experience HR Director to provide full operational and administrative support to their UK and Ireland Business. When joining this rapidly growing business over 1,000 employees, the successful candidate will be given responsibility for a range of HR Administrative and Operational tasks. This role is a full time, permanent role based in Oldbury with parking available and hybrid working also on offer. Day to day duties may include: • Management of 3 HR related inbox, handling all queries and helping to resolve issues, • Drafting and issuing of employment contractors- working with Talent Acquisition to ensure the smooth onboarding of employees, • Escalating any complex issues to senior management, • Arranging exit interviews and following the exit process, • Producing of people related reports and reporting back to Senior Leadership teams., • Supporting with recruitment interview scheduling At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
