The Role As Warehouse Conversions & Fulfilment Manager, you will lead and optimise the conversions operation, where products are reworked, repacked and configured to customer-specific requirements, ensuring efficiency, service excellence and compliance at all times. You will manage a team of 16 FTE plus temporary labour, driving daily, weekly and monthly performance while continuously improving ways of working, productivity and cost efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role within Operations, with responsibility for people, performance, planning, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
