Skills Needed: Person specification Essential Degree-level qualification or equivalent, or substantial demonstrable experience in a business development, commercial or account management role. Proven record of revenue growth and account acquisition. Strong communication and numeracy: margin analysis, pricing, forecasting. Commercial negotiation experience with suppliers or trade customers. Working knowledge of the UK food retail and off-licence sector. Desirable 1. Familiarity with Indian and South Asian food categories, ingredients and supplier networks., 2.
