Job Description: Legal Internship – Property Law Firm We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented and well spoken Legal Interns to join our growing property law firm.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property law while supporting our legal team. The Internship is for a total of 2 months. Ideal Start date would be April. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on property law matters, including land ownership, leases, and Conveyancing transactions.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, deeds, lease agreements and Land Registry title plans.
Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
Support Solicitors and case handlers in providing client updates, preparing for meetings and helping clients through the process. Requirements: - Degree in Law, or currently studying/completed other appropriate legal qualification. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. This internship is a stepping stone for those interested in pursuing a career in property law, offering valuable experience in a professional and collaborative environment. We aim to equip interns with the skills and experience they need to potentially become a fee earner in a conveyancing company. PLEASE NOTE:
