Senior Infrastructure Analyst London Nest Invest is on an ambitious journey to become one of the world’s largest asset owners. The Role Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Natural Capital, the Senior Infrastructure Analyst will support the management, monitoring and allocation of Nest’s capital to global portfolios of infrastructure assets. You will be responsible for undertaking portfolio and asset level financial analysis, conducting in-depth market research and due diligence on 3rd party investment managers and strategies, the assets Nest invests in via these strategies, and occasional opportunities to co-underwrite larger co-investment opportunities. You will lead on financial modelling, scenario testing and developing frameworks for the quantitative underwriting of both individual assets and portfolios. Will support the development of sectoral views within infrastructure equity, as well helping to appraise the relative value of the asset class. The Person This is an incredibly exciting time in Nest Invest’s future growth agenda and the successful Senior Infrastructure Analyst will play a lead role in ensuring the organisation is successful in their ambitions. We are looking for someone who has; • Demonstrable experience in analysis of private markets Infrastructure,, • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling, • Experience in building investment underwriting cases and/or valuation models for unlisted and real assets, • A working knowledge of sustainability themes and ESG risks, • Previous experience of utilising public & private market data providers (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, Prequin, Burgiss, CEPRES or equivalents, etc.), • Attained or working towards CFA, CAIA, ACCA, FIA or other relevant and equivalent investment Organisational Overview Nest is an award-winning workplace pension scheme, the largest in the country.
