Acrotrix Education Development Manager (Part-Time to Start | Full-Time Once You Prove It Works) First things first — what this role is not. This role is the first step toward that. You’ll create new products, reactivate old high-level ones, build community, and own the growth of a division that could one day stand alone. The Setup Phase 1 – 6 Months (Part-Time | 25 hours/week) Build momentum. Prove growth is possible. Show where this can go. Phase 2 – Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Scale it. Lead it. Own the growth trajectory. Salary: £34,000 full-time equivalent. (Part-time pro rata during Phase 1.) Your Impact Will Look Like This You’ll be in charge of making things happen. Practically, that means: 📚 Launch New Courses Create and lead development of new Acrotrix teacher training products – from Advanced Tumbling to Hand Balancing to Pre-School, Partnering, and anything we haven’t thought of yet. 🔄 Reactivate Our ‘High Ticket’ Power Courses They worked before. They’ll work again. You’ll make the restart happen. 👥 Build the Teacher Community Through Facebook, Skool, events, connection, or something better you come up with. 💻 Reinvigorate the Teachers Portal Make it living, breathing, and truly valuable – with regular content drops and resource leadership. 🔬 Improve, Optimise, Future-Proof Re-record syllabus content. Improve course assessment models. Explore accreditation. Design better spotting support. Look into AI if that makes it smarter. 🚀 Grow Revenue This isn’t about spreadsheets. It’s about movement. Your work should lead to more teachers enrolling, staying, and levelling up. What You’ll Need Experience (one or more of): • Created or developed a training or educational programme before, • Worked in sports coaching, performing arts training, vocational education, L&D, or something similar, • Taken an idea from “draft” to “live” and “selling", • Seen how education can drive business Who You Are: • Structured thinker with creative spark, • Growth-focused, momentum-driven, • Likes taking ideas to execution, • Brave enough to say “this could be better” and persistent enough to fix it, • Low ego, high energy, • Happy to collaborate with experts to build something better than anything one person could do Acrobatics / gymnastics knowledge is a bonus, not a barrier. If you’ve got the right brain and attitude, we’ll bring you the experts. 6-Month Activation Targets (AKA your fast-track to full-time) Within your first six months, we’d expect you to have achieved something like: • 2 new course frameworks built (with at least one launched / revenue-tested), • Reactivation of at least one ‘high ticket’ course format, • Education Product Roadmap created (next 12–18 months), • Teacher community movement started (platform chosen & action underway), • Partnership exploration active (college, franchise group, bulk education provider), • Early signs of revenue growth — or a clear path to it Hit those? You can go full-time. Miss them? We figure out what’s blocking progress and adjust with you (not to you). 🏢 Where You’ll Work Hybrid. • If close enough to Watford, 2–3 days/week at HQ., • If based further away, 2–3 days/month + travel support. You will.... • Carry out and monitor services required, in line with the service level agreement with contractors and the terms of the lease., • Construct the appropriate budget (for the Landlord to sign off) and monitor the collection of Service Charges to fund necessary works., • Lead on meetings with the RMC Directors, Residents' Association and Developers etc. in line with the service level agreement and statutory requirements., • Be aware of the Compliance, Health & Safety and M & E requirements of Residential Management and that your sites are fully compliant., • Ensure a fully documented audit trail for site visits; meetings (formal and informal), • Ensure maintenance is identified and carried out as promptly as possible to reduce the risk of further damage., • Ensure all consultation procedures are followed., • Review lease requirements for major works and ensure section 20 notices are served and a major works programme are in place.
