Located in Hale, Cheshire, our hospital provides essential inpatient and outpatient treatment for a variety of mental health conditions and addictions. Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing\n As a key member of our compassionate team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. While you won’t be providing direct care, your contributions are vital in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: \n\n • Lead and manage the hospital’s Estates and Facilities, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Catering, Reception, and Administration teams.\n, • Ensure high-quality support services are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.\n, • Oversee building maintenance, health & safety, compliance, contractors, and capital improvement projects.\n, • Develop and motivate support services teams while building strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.\n, • Provide visible leadership across the site and contribute to the Hospital Senior Management Team and on-call rota.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Role\n Essential Qualifications: \n\n • Strong leadership and line management experience.\n, • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.\n, • Experience managing budgets and working to tight deadlines.\n, • Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements.\n, • Ability to manage multiple operational services effectively.\n\n Desirable Experience: \n\n • Experience in a similar senior role within healthcare or hospitality.\n, • Senior management experience with responsibility for multiple teams.\n, • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.\n, • Experience in project management and capital expenditure.\n, • Experience managing external contractors and suppliers.\nWhat We Offer You\n At Priory, we want you to thrive in your role and succeed in your career.
