About the Company My client are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and development of the factory layout, system architecture, and performance modelling from concept to implementation. This role emphasizes factory-wide system design, with a focus on material flow, layout optimization, and throughput scalability—not just machine-level or day-to-day operational concerns. You will own the design of the entire facility, ensuring seamless material flow, space optimization, and process efficiency. The client will support visa's and is looking for a starter in March 2026. Ideally the candidate will be able to work in the offices in Kingston then move to the new factory location elsewhere in the UK. Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of the factory layout., • Oversee system architecture and performance modelling from concept to implementation., • Ensure seamless material flow, space optimization, and process efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following:, • Industrial Engineering, • Manufacturing Engineering, • Mechanical Engineering, • Systems Engineering, • or a closely related engineering discipline, • 7+ years of professional experience in:, • Factory system design and material handling, • High-throughput manufacturing systems, • Recycling or post-consumer garment processing, • Intralogistics or automated industrial facilities Required Skills • Strong Systems-Level Thinking: Ability to design at a systems level, prioritizing material flow, layout optimization, and throughput efficiency before individual machine concerns., • Proficiency in Simulation & Modelling: Demonstrated experience with system simulation (e.g., discrete-event modelling), to evaluate system performance, identify issues, and support design decisions., • Practical Problem Solving: Comfort with balancing technical feasibility, cost constraints, space limitations, and operational needs, especially in early-stage design with incomplete data., • Hands-On Experience: Practical knowledge of factory layouts, conveyors, high-throughput systems, and their performance under real-world conditions. Preferred Skills • Experience with simulation tools (AnyLogic, FlexSim, Simio, Plant Simulation, or similar)., • Proven experience in designing or scaling new factories or processing facilities., • Exposure to flexible and variable material streams, particularly in garment recycling or similar industries., • Experience in supporting projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring successful transitions from design to operational facilities. Key Role Responsibilities Work as part of a friendly and supportive team playing a vital role within the Community team to ensure all our residents enjoy a high level of cleanliness throughout their community. Administer all property maintenance & records in accordance with Greystar policies & procedures Maintain adequate levels of spares, stock and supplies, ensuring effective forward planning To respond to calls outside office hours which cannot be resolved without a presence on site referring to appropriate contractors as necessary Undertake repair and maintenance tasks to a high quality including plumbing; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating; maintenance of lighting and; required statutory testing Understand and respond to health and safety matters in an appropriate & timely manner Moving furniture and heavy items from location to location on site as required Ensure all common parts of the site including refuse and recycling facilities are frequently inspected and maintained to the highest standards of repair & cleanliness. Co-ordinate Contractors/Suppliers executing minor works contract on site Monitor Sub-Contractors performance to standard and retain accurate records of their site operations including all relevant RAMS & Permits to Work. Highlight and assist with the management of any community works. Assist the Community Manager in key management ensuring high levels of security at all times. Accompany external contractors whilst on site in line with key management and access to accommodation policies and practice. Ensure annual checks are carried out for their statutory insurance and qualifications. Ensure the gardens and grounds maintenance to the property are well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free, supervising external contractors as required Manage & maintain all statutory testing records, utilising other team members where appropriate Carry out annual PAT testing and inspections of emergency lighting, weekly fire alarm tests and fire evacuations Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company and safe systems of work guidelines Report any incidents or accidents to the Community Manager using the correct system and documentation Review site risk assessments as required with Community Manager. Look to maximise efficiency of utilities About You A reasonable level of general education educated to OLevel / GCSE level or equivalent with demonstrable written and numerical skills. Awareness of H&S requirements onsite Continually strives to improve knowledge, skills and abilities to produce the best results A recognised trade qualification, Building Crafts Operative Certificate, City and Guilds or NVQ relevant to undertaking repairs and maintenance in a residential building is essential experience in Decorating and making good Experience & Skills Experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder / residential construction in the following trades; plumber electrician or carpenter Fluent English verbal and written communication skills Helpful, friendly personality with effective communication skills behaving in a professional , courteous and helpful manner towards colleagues and residents at all times Good team player with strong relationship building and influencing skills Positive approach and ability to work with little supervision Ability to determine cost effective solutions to repairs Contractor& Supplier Supervision skills are desirable Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise Numerical skills necessary to complete the above activities Flexible approach to work and adaptable to thrive in a changing environment. The role focuses on account support, customer engagement, sales pipeline management, and effective use of HubSpot to ensure commercial opportunities are tracked, progressed, and converted. This is a commercially minded, customer-facing role requiring strong coordination between customers, operational teams, and senior sales colleagues. Key Responsibilities include: Actively support Business Development Managers in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and progress opportunities through the sales funnel. Prepare quotes, proposals, and supporting sales documentation. Track opportunities accurately within HubSpot, ensuring data quality and clear forecasting. Support the management of existing customer accounts, ensuring a high standard of service and retention. Act as a point of contact for customer queries, liaising with operational teams to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Communicate effectively with customers and on-the-ground operatives to ensure service requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
