Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new client partnerships by building strong relationships with businesses.
Source, screen, and match top-tier candidates for client roles in various sectors.
Manage the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to candidate placement.
Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates to ensure successful partnerships.
