Head Chef required for Busy Hotel & Restaurant in Welsh Border Head Chef. Our client based in the Hay on Wye area of the Welsh Border is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy Hotel & Restaurant.This is an opportunity to for an existing Head or an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge in a hotel kitchen. The owners are looking for a Head Chef to develop and serve a modern, seasonal menu using fresh local meat & fish suppliers. You will work with support form a Group Executive Chef. Live is in available off site so you will need to drive.
