• Oversee the inventory and supply of all pastry-related ingredients, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the kitchen environment.
• Ensure the pastry section of the kitchen remains clean, well-organized, and fully operational at all times.
• Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to support seamless daily operations.
• Decorate and plate desserts with attention to visual appeal, ensuring each dish meets the restaurant’s presentation standards.
