Key Responsibilities: - Provide a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience for guests. - Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries professionally. - Offer expert recommendations on Houston’s top attractions, dining, and entertainment. - Assist with concierge services to enhance guest experiences. - Work collaboratively with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. Eligibility Requirements: For Internship: - Be a current full-time student at a post-secondary institution or have graduated within the last 12 months. For Traineeship: - Have at least 5 years of work experience in the hospitality field. - Or, hold a relevant degree and at least 1 year of related work experience.
