It's a high end experiential cocktail bar focused around Rum & Cocktails. Implementing and refining a experimental menu that has a large base of bespoke glassware, and concepts in place for the right candidate the Head Bartender role will be opened. This role has a large number of benefits: Min Wage, £11.44 + Service with a guarantee of £13.50 (up to £15ph) -100% of service charge is paid to staff and is untapped meaning the more revenue grows with the new business, the more service and the higher wages can go. -Trips to distilleries local and internationally & other perks with expansion on offer. -Over 350 different rums which you get to enjoy. -Bespoke uniform. -You get to know all the hospitality legends as lots of different tastings, competitions and other events will be taking place right there. -Location: 60sec from Oxford Circus station.
