Plot Sales Solicitor OR Senior Associate Solicitor| Uxbridge |£50-£80k DOE+ benefits |Top 50 firm We are working with a highly regarded Top 50 firm who are looking to add a talented Plot Sales Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their market leading Property team in Uxbridge. About the Role You will act for developers and their clients on all aspects of plot sales and purchases, working on both complex and high value transactions. The role offers varied, hands-on experience, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of their property matters. Key Responsibilities • Handling the full range of plot sales matters, from instruction to completion, • Drafting deeds of easements, contracts, transfers and leases for plot sales, • Assisting on site set-up for new build developments, including management companies, road and sewer agreements, • Acting for developers on their plot sales transactions liaising with architects, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth completion., • Acting for developer’s clients on their plot purchase process About You • Qualified Solicitor/CILEX or equivalent, • Senior associate: with proven experience in Plot sales looking for a career move in a top 50 Law Firm., • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail, • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, • Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients What’s on Offer • Exciting opportunity to be recognised with a leading, big-name firm., • Work with a highly ranked, award-winning firm recognised in the Top 50 legal rankings., • Supportive culture where your contribution is genuinely valued.
