As part of its continued growth, they are recruiting for several exciting roles within their Residential Property department: • Senior Associate Conveyancer - Lead a busy Residential Conveyancing team, • New Build Conveyancer - Specialise in new build transactions Depending on your role, responsibilities may include: • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and/or new build matters, • Interviewing clients, taking instructions, and maintaining detailed file notes, • Drafting and reviewing contract packages, raising enquiries, and submitting searches, • Preparing title, mortgage, and search reports; acting for mortgage lenders, • Handling exchanges and completions, ensuring compliance and AML checks, • Preparing bills of costs, completion statements, and liaising with Accounts, • Networking with local estate agents and property developers What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer with significant experience in residential property law. For specialist roles, experience in new build transactions will be highly advantageous. You should be confident managing your own caseload independently, and for senior positions, demonstrate proven leadership skills. Strong communication, organisational, and IT capabilities are essential, along with a proactive, client-focused approach and confidence in networking and marketing activities.
