Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK MSP Location: Preston (Hybrid – 2 days WFH) Salary: Up to £45,000 basic DOE + performance-based bonus About the Role: A fast-growing UK Managed Service Provider is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their commercial team. This is a proactive, high-impact role focused on generating new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the field sales/closing team. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify new sales pipeline via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc., • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target accounts., • Support Sales and Marketing campaigns and messaging., • Qualify inbound leads and progress them through the funnel., • Book qualified meetings/demos for closing teams., • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback on market trends and competitors. Requirements / About You: • 2+ years’ experience in sales development or lead generation, MSP experience essential, • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive engagement., • Strong communication skills, organised, self-motivated., • Commercially minded with understanding of MSP services, recurring revenue, and IT buying cycles. Skills & Attributes: • Confident engaging prospects at all levels., • Target-driven with a collaborative mindset., • Good CRM discipline and coachable.
