About the Role As our Area Sales Manager, youβll be the face of Bostik in your territory, driving profitable growth through our trade customer baseβincluding independents, buying groups, and national merchants like Travis Perkins, Selco, and STARK. Youβll lead field-level execution, champion new product launches, and ensure our brand shines on every shelf. What Youβll Be Doing πΉ Visiting key accounts daily to build trusted relationships and drive commercial conversations πΉ Managing your territory with a clear plan focused on growth and margin πΉ Ensuring range compliance, stock visibility, and promotional execution πΉ Leading new product launches with training, POS, and feedback πΉ Using Salesforce to track performance and share market insights πΉ Positioning Bostik as the #1 brand in your region What Weβre Looking For β
Proven B2B sales experience (construction, adhesives, or industrial sectors preferred) β
Strong negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills β
Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute β
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office β
Full UK driving licence Desirable β¨ Experience with distributors or channel partners β¨ Technical understanding of adhesives or related products β¨ Formal sales training or relevant qualifications β¨ Awareness of sustainability in manufacturing Why Join Us?
