Supporting daily routines including school runs, homework, meal preparation, personal care, and bedtime routines. Planning exciting activities—from football and arts & crafts to baking, cinema trips, outdoor adventures, and community events. Helping children manage emotions and behaviours using positive, therapeutic approaches that promote wellbeing. ‍‍ Working alongside families, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to create the very best outcomes. Recording observations accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and the rights of every child in everything you do. Being the calm, reassuring presence during challenging moments and celebrating every breakthrough—big or small.
