1:1 Teaching Assistant – Leeds Pay: £90-£95 per day We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Leeds to work with children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs. What you’ll be doing: • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum, • Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions, • Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive, • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting, • A relevant level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential, • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential, • Ofsted Good School, • Supportive leadership and inclusive environment, • We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, meaning your pay will be equal to that of a permanent employee, • You will benefit from your own dedicated Engage consultant who will provide ongoing support and guidance, • You will be invited to our wide range of continued professional development (CPD) training sessions, provided by our in-house team of experienced senior leaders.
