We are looking for an Operations and Customer Service Assistant to support our patient-facing company operations. The Operations and Customer Service Assistant will join the operations team with primary responsibilities being providing assistance to patients and preparing orders of our innovative medical device direct-to-patients. Key responsibilities - Customer support: Provide support for patients via email and phone calls by providing information, resolving issues and where relevant, liaising with the technical/engineering team. Look for improvements to our customer service processes to ensure we continue to provide an exceptional and user-friendly patient experience. - Pick-and-pack fulfilment: Follow established procedures to efficiently and accurately prepare patient diagnosis kits for shipment. Undertake these tasks with a high attention to detail to avoid errors. Identify opportunities to improve our service delivery processes to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction. - Client support: Communicate with healthcare professionals who use our system and support their questions and requests. Escalate and document issues that require the attention of senior team members. - Processes, procedures and policies: Support other business operational procedures according to organisational objectives where needed, including inventory organisation About you - Customer service experience: Have prior experience communicating with patients or customers across mediums. - Keen attention to detail: Ability to quickly pick up processes, whilst being meticulous and precise. - Tech Literate: A good grasp of basic technology, allowing you to navigate the systems and software we use, including our custom web platform, customer service portal, fulfilment system and basic functions of Google sheets/Excel. Full Time & Part Time Positions Available About the Role We are seeking experienced Gas Safe registered heating engineers to join our team in both full-time and part-time capacities. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining domestic heating systems and boilers across our service area.
