Your Mission: The Analysis function within the travel team at Wowcher is responsible for ensuring we have an appropriate range of both UK and international travel deal content on the website, working with the sales team to secure this content. Also to ensure that the content that is put live is structured and priced in the optimal way to drive sales. Determining this mix will require analysis of a wide range of internal performance data as well as assessing wider industry trends. The team is responsible for compiling the business’ online shop window using both qualitative and quantitative data to select the most appropriate deals to display on-site to consumers as well as through our push marketing activities. The Analysis team will provide insight to Sales teams and Management in order to meet changing consumer preferences and adapt to seasonal change. The team also supports the administrative responsibilities required to get a deal live from the point of signing, including managing compliance work. Responsibilities Include: • Providing sales team focus to improve the quality of deals submitted for site by analysing deal performance., • Owning and growing revenues from the travel market, spotting key trends and driving opportunities to drive revenue., • Leading a team of 2 analysts to best deliver the team’s objectives, • Preparing email content sent out to the relevant subscriber base by analysing deal performance & customer trends., • Preparing presentational data for clients containing results of campaign email material., • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns & email material., • Providing strategic & commercial insight to senior management., • Driving operational change to improve schedule planning & identifying needs & opportunities within the business to increase customer engagement. Role Overview: As a Senior Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the Merchandising team in planning, developing, and delivering commercial product ranges that balance creativity with business objectives. You will play a key part in managing stock, analysing performance, and collaborating with buying, design, and retail teams to maximise sales and profit. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in range planning and seasonal product strategy alongside Merchandisers and Buyers., • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and best/worst sellers; recommend actions to optimise performance., • Support in forecasting demand, planning stock intake, and managing replenishment., • Produce weekly and seasonal trading reports and provide insights on trends and performance., • Track deliveries and work with supply chain/warehouse teams to ensure product availability., • Maintain critical path and update key stakeholders on product status., • Liaise with store teams and e-commerce to ensure product launches, promotions, and markdowns are executed effectively., • Support markdown strategy and in-season trading decisions to maximise profitability., • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Buying, Design, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams. Skills & Experience: • Previous experience in a merchandising or allocation role within retail (fashion experience preferred)., • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data., • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail., • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with large data sets., • Commercial awareness and understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

This is a full-time, permanent position with 4 days in London at the brand’s headquarters and 1 day from home. The role reports to the Leather & Accessories Merchandising Manager and works closely with key internal teams including design, product development, retail merchandising, and supply chain.
