    We are a UK-based wholesalecompany specializing in brandedfashion products, including clothinfootwear sunglasses, perfumes, anmore. Our inventory features a widrange of globally recognized brandall 100% authentic and sourced froreliable suppliers. Job Duties: Develop and implement procurement strategies for luxury goods, with Mandarin language skills preferred to better serve the East Asian market; Identify and source high-demand luxury fashion products in the UK, coordinate in-store or online purchases, and maintain strong supplier relationships; Build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, and monitor supplier performance to resolve issues promptly; Conduct market research to select quality products that align with the company’s brand, and prepare product and pricing reports to support procurement decisions; Assist in managing the procurement budget, driving cost-control and savings initiatives, and ensuring efficient and compliant processes; Maintain accurate procurement records, receipts, and inventory, in compliance with trade and regulatory requirements; Prepare purchase orders, coordinate timely deliveries, and support logistics and customs clearance processes; Stay up to date with industry trends and market activities, and actively attend seasonal sales, private shopping events, and outlet promotions; Provide detailed brand and product information to support internal teams and customer decision-making; Liaise closely with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure accurate product selection and smooth order fulfilment; Deliver professional and high-quality service to customers during the selection and purchase of luxury goods. Who We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualities: Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation and coordination ability. A keen interest in luxury fashion trends, product categories, and brand heritage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, task-driven environment. Comfortable with occasional travel to stores, outlets, and brand events across the UK. Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail, fashion buying, product design, or operations roles. Prior exposure to fashion product sourcing, social media marketing, or design-related industries is highly desirable. Previous experience in visual merchandising, showroom planning, or brand styling is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Luxury retail background is a strong advantage.
