Roles & Responsibilities • Manage and maintain food safety risk assessments, including HACCP, allergen management, and vegan/vegetarian controls, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and up to date, • Conduct gap analyses against customer, retailer, and NGO standards, supporting the implementation of food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, • Oversee the site’s food safety and quality management system, updating and document-controlling procedures, work instructions, and records, • Maintain the internal audit schedule, ensuring audits are completed to plan and corrective actions are implemented effectively, • Investigate trends in analytical and finished product performance, reporting insights to relevant departments to drive improvements, • Support technical, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with customer expectations and legal standards On Offer • Up to £38,000 annual salary (dependent on experience)(slight flex for exceptional candidate), • Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week - on-site, • 32 days annual leave, • Company pension Would you be interested in this position?
